"Beyond the Wall" is above all a project financed: this means that operators are not voluntary but specific professional and qualified. "Beyond the Wall", then, is a project led by Parsec Cooperativa Sociale di Roma. The scope of Beyond the wall is the area of jurisdiction of the ASL, or Municipalities I, II, III and IV of the City of Rome.

Beyond the wall because ...
Our goal is to inform about the effects and risks of taking drugs.
The substances are many and varied, the effects vary from person to person and risks are closely related to the amount and mode of application: it may happen to have unpleasant experiences, to feel bad or exaggerate. We believe that to prevent all that is necessary correct information, which is directed both to those who consume substances as those who do not use it, which is the result of a deepening and a continuing update, which brings into light clearly some risks and unknowns.
