Legambiente Campania Charity Profile

LEGAMBIENTE is the Italian environmental association with the spread more widespread in the territory (1,000 local groups, 20 regional committees, 110. 000 between members and supporters). Among the most popular initiatives Legambiente there are big information campaigns and awareness on the problems of: Schooner Verde, the Green Train, Operation Rivers, which each year photographing the health of the Italian sea, air quality and the noise in cities, the pollution of rivers and concreting; Salvalarte, campaign analysis and information on the state of conservation of cultural heritage; Mal'Aria, campaign sheets antismog out by the citizens of windows and balconies to measure poisons present in air and express the revolt of the people polluted. Legambiente published annually by Environment Canada, report on the environmental health of our country, and send to all its members the monthly New Ecology, "voice" historic dell'ambientalismo Italian.
