Carter Lake Community Resource Center Charity Profile

The Carter Lake Community Resource Center (CLCRC) is a department of the City of Carter Lake, funded in part by a Drug Free Community Support Program Grant from the Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.The CLCRC staff works in partnership with the Carter Lake Prevention Coalition to create a safe and drug free environment by engaging youth, families and community in pro-social opportunities and experiences.To create a safe and drug free environment by engaging youth, families and the community in pro-social opportunities and experiences.
