AIDSCare bridges sickness to health, homelessness to permanent housing, and poverty to self-sufficiency for individuals and families overcoming life challenging conditions.
AIDSCare establishes and maintains self-sustaining communities of individuals and families overcoming life challenging conditions such as AIDS, poverty, addiction, and homelessness.
The history of AIDSCare began in 1992, and has since been dedicated to improving the quality of life for Chicagoans with HIV-AIDS. Together, we can support the HIV-AIDS community with compassion and care to create hope and strengthen lives.
AIDSCare Volunteer Information
AIDSCare’s volunteers support the agency in fulfilling its mission by providing much needed support for our programs and events. There are many volunteer opportunities available at AIDSCare, and we can work with you on placing you in the area of service that best suites your interests and skills. When you volunteer with AIDSCare you will receive personal satisfaction that your time has enabled people living with HIV-AIDS to achieve a higher quality of life. Together, we can care for the HIV-AIDS community.
