Peace 2000 Institute Charity Profile

Peace 2000 has since 1995 organized several humanitarian flights to war torn countries, flying in gifts, food, clothing and medical aid to those in desperate need. We wish to continue and expand this work and call upon you to help us make this possible.

Peacecall is the UK chapter of the Peace 2000 Institute a non profit organizatin with associates in more than 40 countries. Peace 2000 has for a number of years flown humanitarian aid to children in war torn areas. The organization has produced TV infomercials against violence and is now expanding it's media work with the launch of a cooperative grassroots television network with a focus on peace, human rights, reconciliation and community building. Peace 2000 is developing the concept of the Althing Peace Assembly as an important step towards democratic development towards peace in the Middle East and other conflict areas.

From time to time Peace 2000 will join hands with other non profit organizations in providing volunteers and support where urgently needed.
