Hope for Life Assocation Charity Profile

Hope for life was founded in 1986 in response to the handicap beggars in Accra. Fr Jean an SMA Priest responded to their plight by forming Hope For Life Handicapped brothers and sisters Association along with a few physically chilled individuals. As a result, Hope for life was registered as an NGO with the Department of Social Welfare in 1990. The request is specifically to cover medical of the over 500 Hope for life members. Many members lives can be changed dramatically if only they where to have corrective surgery. I have seen people who were formerly crawling now walking because they had corrective surgery.

Volunteer description to the organization would be of benefit to members since the volunteer would help the Association plan its business,give them personal health care and any other form of help would be welcomed

Hope for life main aim and objectives is to improve its members to live a life one which is based on self reliance.teaching the members how to fist for themselves. How do we go about achieving this fundamental gospel value?We solicit funding for three specific spear which will indeed empower the individual to be an integrated member of society. that is 1. Medical assistance-surgery 2.Vocational Training 3. Mobility Aids - Such wheelchairs, crutches tricycleHere in Ghana one wheelchair cost 350 ghana cedis
