The Association Of System Reforms And Informatization Of Organizational Structur Charity Profile

The Association of System Reforms and Informatization of Organizational Structures (ASRIOS) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization. It was registered by the Saburtalo District Court of the city of Tbilisi (14.05.98, Resolution # 5a/9-35). The Association aims to get involved in developing strategies for Georgia, as well as for South Caucasus countries, that include glabal informatizational, economic, geopolitical, environmental, communicative developments and strategies. The Association focuses on the development of democratic form of the country, where an intensive transformation process is in the initial stage and the revolutionary introduction of new methodologies and technologies is possible.

ASRIOS is the Association with age-old traditions and has vast experience in the past. Before fall of Soviet system, we were offering strategic solutions, variety software products and consulting services on the base of the Scientific-Research Center of Organizational Structures Informatization at Georgian Technical University (CIOS). ASRIOS provides services to governmental and non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, and individuals. The Association has carried out scientific-practical works in the fields of system reforms and informatization of organizational structures and basic fundamentals of integrated programmes were elaborated. ASRIOS has expertise and experience in providing custom, "turnkey" solutions that integrate data systems into a single, unified, user-friendly interface. At the same time, research works has been carried out in the field of information systems management.

We collaborate with various organizations inside and outside the country as well. ASRIOS collaborates with official bodies of Georgia such as the State Chancellery, the Parliament, the Ministry of Justice, the Department of Informatization, State Mayor Office, and others. ASRIOS is the System Integrator of Sybase.Inc in Georgia. The Association activities were supported by international and local organisations as Open Society Foundation (OSGF), Constitutional & Legal Policy Institute (COLPI), Anti-Corruption Bureau of Georgia, Oxfam, and others.
