YWCA of Greater Atlanta Charity Profile
Founded in 1902, the YWCA of Greater Atlanta is a membership movement whose mission is to eliminate racism and empower women. We fulfill our mission with programs that empower Atlanta's women and girls through education, advocacy and unity. Strengthened by diversity, the YWCA draws together people who strive to create opportunities for women's growth, leadership and power to attain a common vision: peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all people.
YWCA of Greater Atlanta Volunteer Information
We need women to contribute their time and talent to the YMCA and to lead by example. Become a part of our legacy of transforming the lives of women and girls, one person at a time. Work onsite with program participants, become a mentor or adopt a family in one of our programs.
YWCA of Greater Atlanta Donation Information
With your help, we will continue to improve our city by ensuring that people of color and women are truly equal and treated with the dignity they deserve, that all families have access to safe, affordable childhood education, that teens make healthy and positive decisions, and that homeless women and their children receive the skills and resources they need to transition to economic self-sufficiency.
