Journaliste en danger JED Charity Profile

Journaliste en Danger (JED) is an independent, non-partisan in Kinshasa created at the initiative of a group of Congolese (DRC) and dedicated to defending and promoting press freedom first in the DRC and since May 2003, in eight other Central African countries covered by the OMAC. JED is not a corporatist association dedicated exclusively to journalists. It is, rather, a completely independent and open to all those who feel a vocation to defend and promote their right to freely inform and be informed in the same manner and without exception. It is a non-profit organization that was born in Kinshasa on 20 November 1998.
