Catholic Charities Volunteer Information
Volunteers are critical to the success of Catholic Charities. Volunteers play a major role in helping us meet the overwhelming need in our communities for emergency food and other essentials. Recognizing that every individual has his or her own unique skills and talents to offer, Catholic Charities strives to place volunteers in settings which will be mutually rewarding to the volunteer and to those in need. All volunteers receive training by CCDP staff.
Catholic Charities Donation Information
There is not a single program of Catholic Charities that could exist without financial contributions from individuals and organizations. About 15% of CCDP’s funding comes from fees so CCDP must raise the remaining funds annually for its work. In addition to fees, Catholic Charities depends on the contributions and financial support of many, many individuals, businesses and foundations in order to operate. We could not exist without the generosity of people both within the Catholic community and the community at large who financially support us.
