Metro Community Provider Network Charity Profile

MCPN is a nonprofit organization and has provided medical and health education services to the underserved since 1989. Our mission is to provide excellent health-related services focusing on the underserved. Our current service areas encompass Jefferson, Arapahoe, Adams and Park Counties and the City of Lakewood and Aurora. MCPN has one of the largest population base of any Community Health Center in Colorado and, the largest number of underserved individuals in the State.

Metro Community Provider Network Volunteer Information

Help us strengthen your clinic services by volunteering as an MCPN Board Member. Young people (ages 16 to 21) and people receiving care at the Englewood, Sheridan and Jeffco locations are especially encouraged to apply.

Thanks to your contributions the MCPN Endowment Fund is at $1,200,000.00. The establishment of this endowment fund ensures that MCPN services provided to medically underserved in our community will continue.
