WAY-FM Media Group Charity Profile

WAY-FM exists to encourage youth and young adults in their Christian lives and to introduce non-believers to Christ.

WAY-FM’s Core Values provide a model of what we believe and how we want to conduct ourselves on a daily basis. Developed by the staff members of this ministry, these values guide, direct and represent all that we are and do.

WAY-FM Media Group Volunteer Information

Feel like you don’t have the time to volunteer? Don’t worry. It doesn’t take a lot of time to help and give your support to make an impact! Here are some examples:

Event Volunteers
From concerts to outreaches, volunteers make our events possible. This is a great opportunity for those that don’t have a lot of time. Event volunteers help out on an as-needed basis and only if they are available that day.

Office Volunteers
Office volunteers help keep the ministry going. If you have a couple hours each week, we would love to have you help us with mailings and other office preparations. You will become a vital member of WAY-FM and get to know our crazy staff.

If you want to help out in the office, but don’t have time each week, become an “on-call office volunteer” to provide support a few times a year that we need to get larger mailings out.

Pledge Drive and New Listener Day Volunteers
Twice a year you’ll have the opportunity to help support the radio station by taking phone pledges. The need for phone volunteers is great during these events to help answer phones. Each phone shift is 3 hours long, so it’s not a huge time commitment. And, you get to have some great fellowship and our food sponsors feed you pretty well!

WAY-FM Street Team
Help spread the word about WAY-FM at your church, passing out stickers, etc.
