The Lung Connection (TLC) is an independent non-profit corporation designed by lung transplant recipients and their caregivers, both personal and professional. It is a comprehensive resource for families going through the transplant process, both before and after surgery.

TLC supports and facilitates the protocol of the University of Colorado Hospital Lung Transplant Team.

TLC does not offer medical advice or services. It exists to provide support, hope, and courage in the face of this incredible state-of-the-art adventure.
