Habitat for the Chile Humanity is an institution that the right of vulnerable families and communities to a house promotes and habitat that its quality of life improves.
Vision
Habitat for the Chile Humanity works next to families and vulnerable communities in the access and profit of residential and communitarian solutions by means of alliances and benefit of diverse services, within the framework of an efficient and sustainable management, that obtains impact and incidence at national level.

Habitat Para La Humanidad Chile Volunteer Information

The department of Mobilization of Voluntary military service realises projects with the participation of volunteers in different tasks, such as:
Social construction of residential solutions of different type (extensions, improvements, houses, etc.) like an opportunity so that the voluntary people contribute in the implementation of those residential solutions for families in residential emergencia.
Sensitization: students, companies, churches, nongovernmental institutions of the State, other organizations, etc. Understand and defend the right to the house, as much in Chile as in the world, through qualifications and of their participation with the community.
Education and qualification like an interchange of experiences for the construction of social projects and personal type, that makes to the most conscientious people about the reality of the house like a necessity and a fundamental human right.
Collection of bottoms as a sample of solidarity for the profit of a house adapted for families of low economic income.
Development of the capacities of voluntarios/as so that part of the vision and mission of Habitat for the Humanity feel.
