Council for the Spanish Speaking Charity Profile

Since the establishment in 1968, El Concilio's aims to create self-sufficiency through counseling, referrals, education, and in the belief that persons empowered to help themselves will become significant assets to the community at large. El Concilio offers services to infants, youth, adults, families and seniors. These services are open to any person seeking assistance. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of Latinos and other communities in the San Joaquin Central Valley of California.

Council for the Spanish Speaking Volunteer Information

El Concilio is always looking for individuals who are willing to give back to the community. Volunteers are needed for clerical help, as well as for special events.
