THINK Together Charity Profile

THINK Together, a nonprofit 501(c)( 3) organization, is one of California’s leading and largest providers of after-school programs serving 35,000 students at more than 200 schools and community centers throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

We partner with schools, parents and the community, to provide a fun and safe place for students to learn and grow. Our objective is to help each student achieve his/her full potential.

While our public/private partnership programs known simply as THINK Together are generally offered free to students and their families in disadvantaged communities, we also offer THINK Together CARE for working parents who are in need of more traditional before and after school care for their children.

These THINK Together programs offer the highest quality of academic enrichment, homework assistance, dynamic physical activities, and nutrition education, while maintaining a fun and safe atmosphere for our students. This comprehensive approach allows us to provide the highest quality of academically-oriented after-school programs.

THINK Together also offers enrichment classes and operates a number of community sites where we are able to provide additional services to our students and their communities.

Volunteers are essential to the success of THINK Together. As a volunteer with THINK Together, you play a key part in bringing the highest quality academically-oriented after school programs to students from a variety of backgrounds.

THINK Together provides an environment whereby your interest in and dedication to educating kids is applied to make a profound difference in the lives of our students. Many of these students come from backgrounds where they may not have the support systems needed to succeed. The support and encouragement of our volunteers gives our students the motivation and tools they need to overcome their obstacles and reach their full potential.

Donors make up a vital part of the resources that allow THINK Together to bring the highest quality after school programs to students. We rely on the support of individuals, corporations, foundations, and a variety of organizations to serve the needs of students throughout Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
