WildAid is a non-profit 501(c )3 organization headquartered in San Francisco with representation in China, India, Galapagos, London and Canada.

We are also revolutionary in our funding - Our overhead is funded by donations from foundations and direct donations from individuals so that all on-line donations can go 100% into programs.

Wildaid, Inc. Volunteer Information

WildAid needs volunteers and interns with specialized skills. Our volunteer and intern selection is limited by need, available space and qualifications.

Volunteers are needed in the San Francisco office during business hours. There are many opportunities for volunteering, ranging from general office work and data entry to logging video tapes and scanning slides. Projects requiring specialized skills may vary.

Internships require a minimum time commitment of 12 hours/week for 3 months. Interns will gain valuable experience working in an active environmental organization under the guidance of a WildAid staff member. Interns will also be more involved with the day-to-day operations of ongoing projects.

Our San Francisco office is looking for a Video Volunteer/Intern to assist in on-going video projects. Candidate must have AVID and non linear editing experience to assist with various video-editing and dubbing projects. Volunteer will work on our state of the art AVID system during office hours (9-5 Mon-Fri) or early evening or by working remotely
