Arizona Community Tree Council ACTC Charity Profile

The Council is a non-profit organization that promotes communication and the exchange of information about trees and the essential role they play in the well being of all Arizona communities.

The Council is composed of representatives from individual Arizona counties, tribal communities, government agencies, professional organizations and other individuals who have a statewide interest in the Council's mission.

The Council serves in an advisory capacity to the State of Arizona Forestry Division – Urban Community Forestry program.

Often the moving force behind efforts to save or plant trees is an individual who is committed and driven by a strong desire to do something significant to enhance the environment with trees. This dedication and interest is often exemplified through leadership, self commitment and/or general financial contributions.
