Little Colorado River Charity Profile

The Little Colorado RC&D is organized as a non-profit 501 (c) (3)corporation in Arizona. The Little Colorado RC&D Council serves as aforum to address local issues, coordinate technical and financial assistance programs, and brings together diverse stake holders for the planning and development of natural resources.

The Little Colorado RC&D was organized in 1971 to address theconservation and development of natural resources. During the early years emphasis was placed on water resources and soil erosion projects. More recently,the Council has placed a higher priority on community and rural economic development with sustainable natural resource based industry.
