Pathways To Another Option Charity Profile

Pathways To Another Option was established to educate, train, prepare and place the difficult to employ and primarily those who are homeless and in eminent danger of becoming homeless. The initial target population of Pathways will consist of but not be limited to homeless individuals, seniors, veterans, welfare recipients and felons all of which are currently in a state of unemployment. Pathways will also serve job seekers under 18 years of age, individuals with prior criminal records, the under-trained and others who have difficulty securing and maintaining employment.

Pathways programming is designed to equip its clients with the tools and skills necessary to achieve employment success. Such success will be defined as not only securing employment but maintaining it. The necessary tools and skills will be integrated into a curriculum emphasizing professionalism, responsibility, community service & etiquette; with the ultimate goal of self-sufficiency.
