About Care Charity Profile
Our mission is to delivering caring, compassionate support services using trained volunteers with special concern for the elderly and physically challenged homebound residents of Chandler and Gilbert.
Our goal is to allow our clients to remain in their homes, live with self respect and dignity while encouraging independence.
About Care Volunteer Information
Compassionate, caring individuals who want to make a difference in someone’s life by offering their time. We know scheduling is hectic these days but one to four hours a month can mean so much to someone who has no one else to help. We are also aware people’s lives are constantly changing and as a volunteer you continue to remain in control of your time.
To become a volunteer an interview and orientation are required which can be scheduled at your convenience. Our regular hours of service are offered from 9AM to 3PM Monday through Friday. You may find you enjoy providing service to one or two specific individuals or possibly mixing it up and helping several different people over a period of time.
About Care Donation Information
About Care depends on donations to carry out our mission. Monies are received from churches, community groups, individuals and grants. This tax deductible funding allows us to recruit and train our volunteers, meet our administrative expenses and bring our vital services to the homebound of the Chandler and Gilbert, Arizona communities.
