Arizona Opportunities Industrialization Center OIC Charity Profile
The Arizona Opportunities Industrialization Center was founded in April 1967, as a private, nonprofit, community based organization, designed to address the critical employability needs of Phoenix's economically disadvantaged and ethnic minority citizens. Since 1967, Arizona OIC has served over 60,000 and placed more than 40,000 in meaningful jobs.
Our clients are economically disadvantaged and face significant barriers to employment. Within this population, we have been servicing all segments: those with limited English proficiency school dropouts, teenage parents, ex-offenders, handicapped, dislocated workers, homeless, and displaced homemakers.
