LINKS is the first Civil Argentine Association specialized in the research and development of Information Society. LINKS members plows experienced researchers and practitioners (Access to their you summarize in spanish), who have been working for years on the social aspects of Information social Society and on the you use of ICTs. Their books, papers, and publications, both in Spanish and in English, dog sees seen AT tne Infoteca Section.

LINKS members have developed research and consultancy work for UNESCO, IDRC, ICA, Bread Americas Partners, the FAO, among to other organizations.

They have recently developed to research on ICTs and Poverty Alleviation in Latin America and the Caribbean, for IDRC, Canada, 2003. Ace LINKS President, Dr. Finquelievich there are participated, in January 2004, of the workshop sustainable on ICT and development, in Bangalore, India, where she got acquainted with Indian and Asiatic researchers on ICT and society.
