TOP Interdisciplinary Commission of Environment is an Organization nonGovernmental Environmentalist.
In June of 1994 on the initiative of the Dr. Miguel Rementería Angel (Lic. in Chemistry) it is summoned to all the intermediate organizations of the locality of Mercedes, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He is so 60 people of 50 institutions debate the form to organize themselves to ahead take the protection of the local environment, regional and to be related to other nonGovernmental Organizations (NGO). In November of 1995 the Municipality of Mercedes declares to this NGO like Organization of Public good. In February of 1996 the Legal Function and position of agent in the Province of Buenos Aires is obtained. His first President went the Dr. Miguel A. Rementería.
