Alaska Interfaith Power and Light Charity Profile

Alaska Interfaith Power & Light (IPL) is a non-profit organization supporting faith communities across Alaska in serving as stewards of Creation through six stewardship actions. These actions include: education, energy audits, energy efficiency, energy conservation, renewable energy and supporting public policy.

The mission of Alaska IPL is to support Alaska faith communities in serving as stewards of Creation.

Alaska IPL carrying out acts of environmental stewardship, serve not only as a sign of respect for our Creator’s life-giving gifts but also address the moral imperative to respond to the social and environmental impacts of human-induced climate change.
