Concordia College Charity Profile
The mission of Concordia College is to educate students through Christ-centered education for lives of responsible and effective service in the church, community,and the world. To achieve this mission, Concordia engages its students in programs and activities which identify and meet their spiritual, academic, social, and physical needs.
1. Challenging and rigorous academic programs leading to a Bachelor's degree in early childhood or elementary teacher education, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, or an Associate of Arts degree in general studies.
2. Extensive developmental skills courses and tutorial services for the under-prepared student.
3. Counseling and testing, career planning services, and intervention programs in substance abuse and other problems.
4. Regular chapel worship experiences, opportunities for Bible study, dormitory devotions, and spiritual counseling.
5. Opportunities for involvement in athletics, drama, Ensemble, production of a campus newspaper, and participation in various community services and activities in Selma.
